Aerial Assisted Yoga

Service Description

Awaken and align your body with this rejuvenating aerial assisted yoga session. Aerial classes must be prepaid and cancellations less than 24 hours prior to class and no show will lose entire payment. Space is limited. All sales final. We do not offer cash refunds for cancellations. If cancellation is less that 24 hours notice we will give you a class credit. We appreciate your understanding. TIPS AND EXPECTATIONS PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU SIGN UP: Wear comfortable clothing. The more "slip" to your fabric the harder you will work and less comfortable and safe you will be. Wear pants. No shorts. Wear a shirt with sleeves. No tank tops or capped sleeves. NO PERFUMES, LOTIONS OR ESSENTIAL OILS. REMOVE ALL JEWELRY BEFORE CLASS OR WE WILL ASK YOU TO TAKE IT OFF AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ITEMS. This goes for all piercings. All visible piercings need to be out. If you can not take them out you will be asked to cover them with a band aid. If you refuse we have the right to ask you to not participate. No Hair Clips or zippers. Short rounded fingernails are a must. The fabric can be torn or punctured. Do not get in or adjust any of the hammocks without the instructors permission. Do not help your friends. Let us do that and you get to play. Please show love, and listen to your instructor and spotters at all times. CONTRAINDICATIONS: Recent Surgery Very high or very low blood pressure Pregnancy Glaucoma Head cold or flu or sinusitis Heart disease Vertigo Osteoporosis Recent Concussion or head injury Hiatal hernia Disc herniation Epilepsy Artificial hip or resurfacing Botox in the last 24 hours Recent stroke or heart attack As always, as with any fitness class check with a Doctor if you have concerns BEFORE enrolling in a class. SAFETY IS OUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY FOR FLIGHT. YOURS, OURS AND THE EQUIPTMENT. THE SAFER YOU ARE THE MORE WE CAN PLAY AND FLY.

Cancellation Policy

Classes are nonrefundable but the system automatically will return a class to your card if you cancel in advance. If you purchase a class as a drop in and do not hit reschedule please message us so we can give you a credit for the class. In the message please put the date, time and name of the class you cancelled. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will not be honored due to limited availability of classes. All classes must be prepaid. You may now enter through the front door as we now have both spaces up and running. Please remove your footwear upon entrance. There may be two classes running at one time. When you book online it will tell you which room your class is in. Please store your personal items in the front if your class is in the front and the back of your class is in the back. Please ARRIVE 10-15 minutes before the start of your class. The door will locked at the time the class starts and we will not be opening it if you are late. Tardy, No shows and cancellations less than 24 hours are non-refundable. There is a 2 person minimum for hot and warm classes. If 24 hours before the start of the class there is not two people signed up, the class will be cancelled. If you have a punch card the class will be returned to you card. If you payed for a single session a credit will be applied to your account. You will receive an email or text when the class is cancelled. Please make sure to have your email and phone in the app and allow it to alert you by email and/or text so you can know if there are changes.
